Responsibilities:
Serve as team leader for local clinic staff by supervising and training the clinical team members Develop and manage treatment plans for new and established clients Conduct initial and on-going behavioral assessments Observe client sessions and analyze data to ensure client progress Train and empower parents as caregivers Cross-team collaboration to optimize success Ensure compliance with insurance requirements Your qualifications should include:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Current BCBA Certification Licensed to practice by state(s) in which services are being provided Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry clients (must be able to lift up to 50 pounds) Must be able to kneel, squat, sit on the floor and stand for extended periods of time during your ABA session with the client Must be physically present at assigned job location(s) which can include clinic, school, client's home or community based settings Must be willing and able to perform crisis intervention (physically hold, restrain or block) as indicated by the client's Behavior Intervention Plan while working with children with challenging behavior Must be able to receive information through oral communication and written communication via phone, computer or tablet Join our BCBA Team! The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
