7 Part-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description The Sisters of Bon Secours, located in Marriottsville, Maryland, has a part-time opening for a Houseperson to join our team at The Bon Secours Retreat & Conference Center.
This is a Temp to Hire Position (initial employment will be through a Temp Agency).

Responsibilities:
Complete conference room setup as assigned Work with Guest Services to move, install or transport any and all setup items needed for an indoor and outdoor event within the conference rooms or outdoor events Working knowledge of all audio visual (A/V) equipment housed in the building Ensure proper use, storage and maintenance of all A/V and meeting room equipment.
Ensure there is proper back up in the event that any equipment is not properly functioning Review the trace report and daily assignment sheet at the beginning of each shift to ensure rooms are set as contracted.
Confirm and setup A/V equipment needs as specific in each contract; Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising attention to detail, making decisions quickly at times, and possessing good judgment Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards guests and staff Ability to commute/relocate:
Marriottsville, MD 21104, Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work required Vaccinated for Covid-19 or willing to be vaccinated Audio and Video support:
